Excellent discussion Andrew and Steven… always like a name said in full unless the person says otherwise … I love your discussions.

Q: why is an accused person allowed to ignore questioning in this country? I ask after watching the Southport trial starting and the defendant would not answer. Also, he is allowed to plead not guilty, why is that? I hope these questions aren’t too basic and I know you can’t discuss that trial obviously, but in general why are these things as they are? Please could you briefly cover this 👍

Wonder how you might think the system could be reformed so that poorer people don't have their life and finances destroyed by the legal process ? I'm thinking of the current trend of lawfare. :)

Thank you so much. Really informative. I have often wondered if there were more honour in everyday life would be we need so many laws? I mourn the loss of honour so much.
